Is Travis even the father?

On Thursday 25th January, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott were finally seen in public together after hiding, however there's been worries about their relationship. According to Kris Jenner Travis is a lousy boyfriend and needs to start being more involved in the relationship. Kris also stated that she rarely see's Travis with Kylie and if she does see him then he's not very involved with the family. This raises questions like, Will Kylie and Travis break up?, and, Is Travis even the father?
